貝殼住宅及餐廳 (Treebo Savoury Sea Shell Residency)

Ugh, where do I even begin with my recent stay at the Savoury See Shell? Honestly, it was less of a relaxing getaway and more of an exercise in frustration. From the moment I walked into the lobby, which smelled vaguely of stale air freshener and disappointment, things just went downhill. The staff seemed utterly disinterested. The carpet looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in weeks. They don't provide the amenities as promised. No shaving kit, no hot kettle for boiling water or tea making. No pest control too. The room is a paradise for cockroachs, ants and house lizards. Honestly, the whole experience felt cheap and poorly maintained. It's definitely not a place I'd ever consider staying again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable hotel stay. Save your money and book somewhere else – you'll thank me later.

Not same as that of photo . Room was way too small .Bedsheet was torned. Was supposed to get free water bottles everyday didn’t get for 2 days . Furniture was broken room was bad

The stay was good but improvement is required regarding breakfast options and staff behaviour AC of the room was little disturbing and there was a foul smell in the washroom always

The Hotel has a very old type of vibe yet fine from outside. the Reception person will give you a Wifi, but it doesn't work properly whatsoever. the Bathroom is always smelly and switchboard is broken, Water heater too small, you get hot water barely for 2min. The room has no fan and walls and decorations are falling apart. Also there's no ventilation available in the room, it's a closed glass. When I entered the room no complimentary water, kettle or tea/coffee packets were present, had specially request for it. The sheets are also kinda dirty. Staff is impolite and non cooperative. It was good overall but there were cockroaches. Maintenance required . Worth for money spent. Location was good

Except location everything else was bad.. Rooms were not as shown in pictures Rooms are suffocating and could find some cockroaches.. Food was pathetic.. Not much options.. geyser was too small that we have to heat it up 5 times to fill a bucket of hot water which was time consuming..

Good location and easily accessible place. Excellent food from the in house hotel and room services were also good.

The property is very old and maintenance is of very low standards. Cockroach 🪳 every where. The complimentary breakfast is worst and very very limited options. The quality of the food is sub standard too. We took 2 rooms and none the AC's are working and AC unit is full of dust. It looks like there was no cleaning of AC since long time. The linen and the towels are almost in brown colour and not sure whether they were washed regularly. Overall I don't suggest this property to stay with family.

Pathetic experience. Dirty rooms, broker furniture and very poor maintenance. Even TV channels was not renewed even after requesting so many times.
